My writing comes from lived experience — the kind that unfolds on benches, in small towns, in unexpected classrooms, and in the quiet spaces where life cracks open and something deeper steps in. Much of what I share began during an eight‑year apprenticeship with a healer named Aurora, a journey shaped by observation, discernment, and the simple tools she taught me to trust: thought, intent, and breath. As I wrote in my book, “This combination is so powerful. "I write for people who are navigating thresholds — spiritual, emotional, or personal — and who want language that feels grounded, human, and honest. My work blends story with reflection, offering insights drawn from real encounters, real lessons, and the kind of inner work that doesn’t fit neatly into conventional language.

What you’ll find here isn’t doctrine or instruction. It’s perspective. It’s lived truth. It’s the record of how I learned to understand subtle awareness, responsibility, and the importance of knowing when not to act. As I say in the book, “This is a record of how I came to understand subtle awareness… offered as points of reflection rather than statements of fact.”

If you’re drawn to the in‑between places — the spiritual, the intuitive, the unseen — my writing is an invitation to explore them with clarity, humility, and an open mind. Welcome to the writing side of my life.

From The Book

In my early years of training, I thought about how all of this could be possible. How can someone feel better or be healed from something through their thoughts and imagination? This woman is off her rocker to think thought could do all of this. I thought of saying goodbye to her and just getting on with my life. I had remembered that I promised to see it to the end and, being a person of my word, I kept that promise.
